Will a rep ever get connected to a voicemail by mistake?
The system only bridges a line once it has classified a live human voice. Voicemail and answering machines are dropped and logged before the rep ever hears them.
Does filtering slow down the dial rate?
No. Classification happens in the first second or two of the line connecting, well within the normal ringing window, so it adds no delay to the session.
