The other lines free up on their own
Line count is set per rep, per campaign. New reps often start at 2 or 3 lines and scale up to 5 as they get comfortable with the pace of connected calls. If two lines pick up at nearly the same time, the rep is connected to the first live answer and the other contact is queued for an immediate callback.

How a session runs

The rep picks a campaign and starts the session. The platform pulls the next batch of numbers, up to the configured line count, and dials all of them at once.

Each line is screened within the first second or two of connecting: a live voice, a voicemail greeting, a busy signal, or a failed connection.

The first live answer bridges straight to the rep. The remaining lines drop and log their own outcome, no manual hang-up needed.

The moment the call ends, the next batch is already dialing. There's no next-call button to press between conversations.
Can each campaign use a different line count?
Yes. A cold outreach campaign might run at 5 lines while a warmer follow-up list stays at 2, and managers can change either at any time without interrupting active sessions.
What if two prospects pick up at nearly the same time?
The rep connects to whichever line answered first. The other prospect is flagged and moved into the next batch, so nobody gets dropped.
