Cold Calling Software for Agencies
One platform per client, one history per campaign.
The problem
An outbound agency manages several clients in parallel, each with their own lists, scripts, and reporting expectations. Without structure, campaigns get mixed up, and a rep working three accounts in a day risks calling the wrong list or losing track of which client a note belongs to.
How Paradialer organizes it
Each client gets its own workspace: separate contacts, separate CRM connection (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive today; Zoho and GoHighLevel on the roadmap), separate scripts, and separate minutes. A rep switches workspace from their own dashboard between shifts or clients, and everything they do stays scoped to that account.
Setting up a new client
Create a workspace, name it after the client, connect their CRM or import a CSV list, and assign the reps who'll work it. The dialer settings, line count, calling hours, are configured per workspace, so one client can run 5 lines while another stays at 2.
Reporting per client
Per-campaign insights, calls, connections, bookings, make it easy to show each client exactly what their retainer bought, without a manual export or a shared spreadsheet.
Scaling to more clients
Adding a client means creating a workspace and assigning reps to it, not renegotiating a contract or migrating data. Pricing scales with the seats you actually use across every workspace, so a paused client doesn't cost you idle capacity.
