Paradialer + HubSpot: Syncing Your Results

What the HubSpot integration syncs, and how to turn it on.

Why connect a CRM at all

Paradialer works standalone, but most teams already track their pipeline in HubSpot. Connecting it removes the step of writing down what happened on a call and typing it in later.

What syncs automatically

Every call, outcome, duration, note, and recording, is pushed to HubSpot on the contact record, with no re-entry. The activity shows up on the timeline exactly as if the rep had logged it by hand.

Booked appointment = task created

An appointment booked during the call automatically creates a task or calendar event linked to the HubSpot contact, so a rep never has to remember to schedule the follow-up separately.

Turning on the integration

From Paradialer settings, connect your HubSpot account in one click and choose the fields to sync. No developer time and no separate login for reps.

Choosing which fields to map

Not every team wants every field synced. The mapping screen lets you pick which Paradialer dispositions correspond to which HubSpot properties, so the sync matches how your pipeline is already structured.

What happens to existing contacts

Contacts already in HubSpot are read directly into your calling campaigns, there's no export and re-import step. If a contact is updated in HubSpot, the change reflects the next time that list is dialed.

Troubleshooting a sync

If a call doesn't show up in HubSpot, the first thing to check is whether the field mapping still matches your HubSpot property names, since renaming a property on the HubSpot side can break the link until it's remapped.
